How to use

Begin by checking the paper surface; use medium-weight, ink-friendly paper for best results. Shake gently if recommended by the manufacturer, then remove the cap and test the nib on a scrap sheet to familiarise yourself with pressure and angle. Hold the pen at a comfortable angle and apply varying pressure to achieve thin upstrokes and fuller downstrokes. Store capped when not in use to prevent the nib from drying out and to maintain consistent ink flow.

Recommendations

For optimal results, pair this green water-based calligraphy pen with smooth, bleed-resistant paper and avoid highly absorbent or textured surfaces. Clean writing surfaces and moderate pressure will extend nib life and preserve consistent line variation.
