Kensington MagPro Elite magnetisch privacyfilter voor MacBook Pro 16 inch (2021 en nieuwer)

The move toward hybrid working means that the modern workplace is no longer a single, easy-to-secure location. Users can be working anywhere, with an increased chance of visual hacking. Owners of the MacBook Pro 16 require a privacy screen filter that can be quickly attached and detached, allowing the laptop to close completely to enter sleep mode. The MagPro™ Elite Magnetic Privacy Screen Filter attaches seamlessly to the MacBook Pro’s magnetic frame, requiring no inconvenient adhesives. Allowing the device to close completely, the screen filter narrows the viewing angle to ±30°, limiting the chance of unauthorised viewing and reducing harmful blue light and glare.

How to use

Align the MagPro™ Elite filter with the MacBook Pro 16 magnetic frame and allow the magnets to secure the filter in place. To remove, gently detach the filter by pulling it away from the frame; no adhesive removal is necessary. Close the laptop normally — the MacBook Pro can shut fully with the filter attached to enter sleep mode. Choose the matte side outward to reduce glare and fingerprints or the glossy side for a clearer image depending on your environment.

Recommendations

For best results, keep both the screen and filter clean using a soft, lint-free cloth. Switch to the matte side in brightly lit or public environments to maximise privacy and minimise reflections; use the glossy side when colour accuracy and sharpness are a priority.
