Privacyfilter Qoltec 51060 voor 61 cm (24 inch) monitor

The Qoltec 51060 privacy filter for 61 cm (24") monitors is designed for displays with a 16:9 aspect ratio. This transparent filter limits side viewing angles to protect sensitive on-screen content from prying eyes while preserving front-facing clarity. It attaches to the monitor surface for easy installation and removal, and its surface properties also help reduce glare and improve visual comfort during prolonged use at home, in open offices, or in public spaces.

Advantages

The Qoltec 51060 offers discrete privacy protection for a 24" monitor without significantly affecting the view from straight ahead. It is simple to fit and remove, allowing quick transition between private and shared viewing. The filter's surface reduces reflections and contributes to more comfortable screen use under bright ambient lighting. Being transparent, it maintains color neutrality and screen readability for the primary user.

How to use

Align the privacy filter with the monitor display area matching the 16:9 aspect ratio and 61 cm (24") diagonal. Follow the included mounting method to attach the filter to the front of the monitor, ensuring the edges are flush and there are no air bubbles. To remove, gently peel the filter away from the screen and store it flat or in its protective sleeve to avoid scratches. Clean the filter surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and manufacturer-recommended cleaner when necessary, avoiding abrasive materials.

Recommendations

For optimal privacy effect, view the screen from a straight-on position; the filter narrows visible angles from side viewpoints. Keep the filter clean and store it properly when not in use to maintain optical clarity and protective performance.
