Keukenmessen Joseph Joseph Elevate Fusion 5-delige set 10577

The Joseph Joseph Elevate Fusion 5-piece Set 10577 provides a compact selection of essential kitchen knives designed for everyday food preparation. Each blade is made from high-quality stainless steel and is paired with an ergonomic, colour-coded handle. The Elevate design keeps the blade raised when placed down, helping to reduce contact with countertops and minimize the risk of contamination while cooking.

Advantages

The set combines durability and ease of use through corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades and soft-grip handles shaped for comfortable control. Colour-coded handles enable quick identification of each knife at a glance. The integrated elevated design prevents the blade edge from touching surfaces, helping to protect both the blade and food hygiene. The range of blades covers common kitchen tasks without requiring separate storage solutions.

Suitable for

• Everyday meal preparation in home kitchens
• Chopping, slicing and dicing vegetables and fruits
• Slicing bread and cutting cooked meats
• Precision tasks requiring a small paring knife

Key specifications

• Set composition: chef's knife, bread knife, paring knife, plus two additional essential blades
• Blade material: high-quality stainless steel for corrosion resistance and edge retention
• Handle: ergonomic, colour-coded handles with soft-grip finish for secure hold
• Design feature: elevated blade-rest design to keep blades off work surfaces
• Intended use: general kitchen cutting tasks for home cooks

How to use

Select the appropriate knife from the set for the required task: use the chef's knife for general chopping and slicing, the bread knife for slicing loaves and other baked goods, and the paring knife for peeling, trimming and small precision cuts. Hold the handle with a firm but relaxed grip and use a stable cutting board. After use, rinse or hand-wash the blades with mild detergent, dry thoroughly and store the knives in a safe place with the blades elevated or protected to maintain edge quality.

Recommendations

For optimal longevity, avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as ceramic or stone; use wooden or plastic cutting boards. Regularly hone the blades and sharpen when needed. Although the stainless steel resists corrosion, hand-washing and immediate drying will best preserve blade finish and handle integrity.
