Snijplankenset Joseph Joseph Folio Icon Steel 4-delig meerkleurig

The Joseph Joseph Folio Icon Steel 4-piece multicolor cutting board set provides four color-coded boards designed for hygienic and efficient food preparation. Each slim board is marked with a distinct colour to reduce the risk of cross-contamination between food types. The stackable design saves kitchen space and the integrated non-slip feet keep boards stable on work surfaces during chopping and slicing.

Advantages

The set offers simple, clear colour coding for separation of ingredients, helping maintain food safety in everyday cooking. Boards are thin and lightweight yet durable enough for routine use; their flat profile stacks neatly to minimise storage space. Non-slip feet improve stability while cutting and help keep the boards elevated for airflow when stored. The multicolour scheme also makes it easy to assign boards to specific tasks at a glance.

Suitable for

• Home meal preparation and recipe prep
• Separating raw meat, fish, vegetables and cooked foods
• Small kitchens where storage space is limited
• Entertaining and buffet or party food assembly

Key specifications

• Set of 4 slim cutting boards, each with a different colour
• Space-saving stackable design for compact storage
• Non-slip feet for stable cutting and elevated storage
• Flat profile suitable for slicing, chopping and dicing
• Materials designed for regular kitchen use and easy cleaning

How to use

Select the board colour appropriate for the food type to avoid cross-contamination; for example, use one colour for raw meat, another for fish, a third for vegetables and the fourth for cooked food. Place the board on a dry, flat surface so the non-slip feet can grip. Perform cutting, chopping or slicing as required, then transfer food to cookware or serving dishes. After use, separate the boards and clean according to your usual method for plastic cutting boards, ensuring they are fully dry before stacking for storage.

Recommendations

To maintain hygiene and prolong board life, wash boards promptly after use, avoid prolonged exposure to high heat, and periodically inspect cutting surfaces for deep grooves; replace any board that shows extensive wear. Use the colour coding consistently to reduce risk of cross-contamination during food preparation.
