How to use

Place the Folio L on a flat, stable surface before use. Unfold the hinged sides to form the chute that guides chopped food toward the central opening. Chop ingredients on the flat surface, then fold the board inward along the hinge so the sides form a funnel; gently tip the board to transfer food into a bowl, pan or container. After use, unfold the board to clean, then fold flat for storage.

Recommendations

Use a suitable knife for the food being prepared and avoid excessive force on the hinge. Rinse or wash the board after each use to prevent cross-contamination between different food types. Store folded in a dry place.
