The Salter Electronic Jugscale Black/White is a compact kitchen scale designed for accurate measurement of dry and liquid ingredients up to 5 kg. The integrated jug shape simplifies pouring and mixing while a clear LCD display shows weight readings for quick verification. How to use

Place the Salter Electronic Jugscale on a flat, stable surface and switch it on. If using a container or the integrated jug, place it on the weighing platform and press the tare button to zero the display. Add the ingredient until the desired weight is reached; the LCD will show the current measurement. For multiple ingredients, press tare after each addition to measure incrementally. After use, switch off the scale and clean the jug surface with a damp cloth; avoid immersing the unit in water.

Recommendations

For best results, use the scale on a level countertop and avoid drafts or vibrations while measuring. Calibrate or check accuracy periodically by using a known weight, and store the unit in a dry place away from direct heat or sunlight to maintain consistent performance.
