Keycap-set Traitors Hundun PBT 5-zijden-dye-sub TRDHU6124

Traitors Hundun PBT 5-side Dye-Sub TRDHU6124 keycap set is a complete replacement and customization kit for mechanical keyboards. Made from durable PBT material with dye-sublimation printing applied on all five visible sides of each keycap, the set is intended to preserve legend clarity and resist wear over extended use. The profile and layout provide a unified visual appearance for full-keyboard installations and support standard mechanical switch mounting.

Advantages

The PBT construction offers greater resistance to shine and surface wear compared with common ABS keycaps. Five-side dye-sublimation printing ensures legends remain clear on top, front, and side faces exposed during angled typing or backlighting, reducing the risk of fading. The set is produced as a full replacement, simplifying installation for users who want a consistent look across alphanumeric, modifier, and function rows.

Suitable for

• Customizing mechanical keyboards with a full-profile keycap set
• Replacing worn or glossy ABS keycaps with more durable PBT material
• Keyboards used for heavy typing, coding, or daily office work
• Enthusiasts building themed or color-matched keyboard layouts

Key specifications

• Material: PBT (polybutylene terephthalate)
• Printing method: Dye-sublimation on five sides of each keycap
• Coverage: Complete set intended for full-keyboard replacement
• Compatibility: Designed for standard mechanical keyboard switch stems
• Legend durability: High resistance to wear due to dye-sublimation process

How to use

Remove existing keycaps using a keycap puller and place replacement keycaps onto the switch stems, aligning each stem with the keycap socket. For nonstandard layouts, verify row profiles and stabilizer-compatible keys before installation to ensure a correct fit for larger keys. Apply steady pressure until the keycap seats fully on the switch. No adhesives or tools beyond a keycap puller are required for standard switches.

Recommendations

Clean switches and stabilizers before installing to prevent debris from trapping under keycaps. For enhanced longevity, avoid exposure to high heat or direct sunlight which can accelerate discoloration. If your keyboard uses nonstandard or low-profile switches, confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
