Keystone-bus ROLINE Cat.6a RJ-45 afgeschermd, gereedschapsloos, slank, zilver

The ROLINE Cat.6A Keystone Jack is a shielded, toolless SLIM RJ-45 connector designed for easy installation in structured cabling and patch panels. It supports data transfer rates up to 10 Gbit/s with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and comes in a silver finish suitable for professional network environments.

Advantages

This toolless keystone allows quick cable termination via LSA-style connections without requiring special tools: simply place the cable conductors into the color-coded guides, close and compress the module and the connection is ready. The shielded design provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), while the slim form factor saves space in patch panels and outlet boxes. Keystone modules are EIA/TIA 568 coded for standardized wiring and can be latched into a 19" module support rack or combined with a module receptacle to create a junction box.

Suitable for

• Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet installations
• Wall outlets, patch panels and small distribution boxes
• Environments requiring shielded RJ-45 connectors

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6A
• Standard connector: RJ-45, shielded
• Toolless termination: LSA-style guides with color coding
• Maximum data rate: 10 Gbit/s
• Bandwidth: 500 MHz
• Color: Silver
• Coding: EIA/TIA 568
• Manufacturer MPN: 26.11.0378
• EAN: 7611990111015

How to use

Strip the cable sheath according to common installation practice, place each conductor into the corresponding color-coded guide of the keystone, then close and compress the module to create the LSA connection. Insert the assembled keystone into a compatible faceplate, patch panel or module support rack until it latches. For junction box applications, combine the keystone with the appropriate module receptacle.

Recommendations

Use correctly shielded and grounded patch panels and cabling when deploying shielded keystones. Follow the EIA/TIA 568 wiring scheme for consistent results and test connections after installation with appropriate network or cable testers. Avoid exceeding recommended cable bend radii and maintain proper cable separation from power sources to ensure optimal performance.
