Klauke 1150 geïsoleerde stootverbinder voor 4-6 mm² kabel, vertind koper, PE-isolatie, 100 stuks

The Klauke 1150 stands apart from generic butt connectors through its precision-engineered electrolytic copper core and tinned contact surfaces, ensuring low resistance and excellent corrosion protection in demanding electrical installations. Each connector accepts solid or stranded conductors from 4 to 6 mm², with a flared entry that simplifies wire insertion and reduces strand breakage during crimping. The transparent polyethylene insulation sleeve provides reliable electrical isolation and allows visual confirmation of proper conductor seating before and after the crimp.

Highlights

• Electrolytic copper (E-Cu) body with tin plating for superior conductivity and oxidation resistance
• Transparent PE insulation sleeve for easy inspection and secure insulation
• Flared wire entry for fast, damage-free insertion of stranded or solid conductors
• Rated for up to 1000 V and temperatures from -40°C to +70°C
• Complies with DIN 46234 and RoHS directives
• Pack of 100 connectors for professional and high-volume use

In daily use

These butt connectors are ideal for splicing and terminating wires in control cabinets, automotive harnesses, and industrial machinery. The transparent insulation lets you verify that the stripped conductor is fully inserted before crimping, reducing the risk of poor connections. The tinned copper construction maintains stable contact resistance even in humid or mildly corrosive environments. With a compact length of 27 mm and an outer insulation diameter of 6.5 mm, they fit easily into tight spaces while providing ample insulation overlap.
