Klemsluiting BitsPower BP-CBRG diameter 1,8 cm eendelig

BitsPower BP-CBRG diameter 1.8 cm single-piece is a compression plumbing fitting made by BitsPower for liquid cooling and general plumbing assemblies. This single-piece fitting has an outer diameter of 1.8 cm and is supplied as one unit per pack. It is intended to create a secure threaded connection between tubing and components where a compact connector is required for repair, replacement, or custom loop builds.

Advantages

The fitting features a true hi-flow design and is manufactured from high-quality brass with a nickel finish in carbon black color for increased surface durability. It allows full 360-degree rotation and incorporates a hiding O-ring design to maintain a neat appearance while ensuring a sealed connection. The product is RoHS compliant.

Suitable for

• Custom liquid cooling loops in desktop PCs
• Repair or replacement of existing compression fittings
• Compact plumbing assemblies requiring a 1.8 cm outer diameter connector
• General low-pressure liquid plumbing where threaded tube connections are needed

Key specifications

• Material: brass with nickel finish (carbon black)
• Design: single-piece compression fitting with hiding O-ring
• Outer diameter: 1.8 cm
• Rotation: full 360-degree rotation
• Flow: true hi-flow design
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Prepare the tubing and mating component threads to be clean and free of debris. Slide the tubing into the compression fitting until it seats against the internal stop and ensure the hiding O-ring is correctly positioned. Thread the fitting onto the mating component and hand-tighten; if required, complete the final tightening according to the torque recommendations of the tubing or system manufacturer to secure the connection without over-tightening.

Recommendations

Use with compatible tubing that fits the 1.8 cm outer diameter profile and verify compatibility with system materials and temperatures. Inspect O-rings periodically for wear and replace if damaged. Avoid excessive torque to preserve threads and sealing surfaces.
