Knikkerbaan Ravensburger GraviTrax uitbreiding Skytrax vanaf 8 jaar

The Ravensburger GraviTrax Extension Skytrax age 8+ is an add-on module for the GraviTrax interactive marble run system that expands building options and introduces new track elements for more complex routes. Designed for children and hobbyists aged 8 and above, this extension integrates with existing GraviTrax sets to create longer, faster and more varied marble runs that demonstrate principles of gravity, magnetism and kinetics through hands-on play.

Advantages

This extension increases design flexibility by adding new track pieces and connectors that allow steeper slopes and alternate paths. It complements the core GraviTrax set to enable more challenging constructions and group play scenarios. The Skytrax elements are compatible with other GraviTrax components, which makes it simple to expand an existing layout without changing the overall system. The set supports STEM learning by encouraging experimentation with motion, speed and gravitational effects.

Suitable for

• Individual creative play for children aged 8 and up
• Group activities and cooperative building sessions
• STEM learning projects demonstrating gravity and motion
• Expanding an existing GraviTrax layout for more complex routes

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Designed to work with the Ravensburger GraviTrax marble run system
• Intended age range: 8 years and older
• Contents: additional track elements and connectors to extend marble courses
• Material: durable plastic construction suitable for repeated assembly and disassembly
• Function: introduces new routing options to increase speed and complexity of marble runs

How to use

Attach the Skytrax components to your existing GraviTrax layout following the visual guides included with the GraviTrax system. Use the new pieces to create steeper drops, alternate routes or faster sections; experiment with placement to observe how changes affect marble speed and trajectory. Combine Skytrax elements with magnets, boosters and other GraviTrax features to design multi-stage runs. No special tools are required—pieces snap together by hand.

Recommendations

Combine this extension with a base GraviTrax Starter Set to ensure full compatibility and access to instructions. Supervise younger children during assembly and test runs. For varied results, try changing starting heights and adding kinetic features such as boosters and switches; keep the play area on a stable, flat surface to prevent accidental collapse of taller structures.
