How to use

Use the 20 cm pan for small portions and delicate items, and the 26 cm pan for larger portions or when more cooking surface is needed. Preheat the pan on medium heat before adding ingredients for more even results. Use a small amount of oil or butter when required; nonstick surface allows cooking with reduced fat but follow manufacturer care instructions to preserve coating. Avoid rapid temperature changes and do not overheat empty pans.

Recommendations

Clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils to protect the cooking surface. Store pans nested with a protective layer between them to prevent scratches. Check compatibility with your cooktop and follow specific care instructions for long-term performance.
