Koepeltent Grand Canyon APEX 1 alu olijfgroen 1–2 personen model 2024

The Grand Canyon APEX 1 Alu Olive Green 1–2 people 2024 model is a compact dome tent designed for one or two occupants. With an aluminium pole frame and a small packed size, this tent is intended for lightweight outdoor activities such as solo camping, paired trekking or short weekend trips. The olive green flysheet and simple dome geometry provide basic weather protection while keeping weight and footprint low for easier transport and faster setup.

Advantages

The aluminium pole structure delivers a balance of strength and reduced weight compared with heavier pole materials. The dome shape increases internal stability and sheds wind from multiple directions. Designed for 1–2 people, the APEX 1 Alu minimises packed volume and takes up little ground area at the campsite. The single-entry configuration simplifies access and the straightforward assembly suits users who need quick, reliable shelter without complex components.

Suitable for

• Solo camping and minimalist overnight trips
• Two-person short treks where compact shelter is required
• Weekend getaways and festival use with limited transport space
• Lightweight backpacking routes with easy assembly needs

How to use

Choose a flat, debris-free site and remove sharp objects before pitching. Lay out the footprint or groundsheet, then assemble the aluminium poles and insert them into the tent sleeves or clips following the tent geometry. Attach the flysheet over the inner tent and secure guy lines and pegs to ensure stability. Ventilate the tent as needed by adjusting openings to reduce condensation. To pack, remove pegs and guy lines, collapse the poles, fold the tent and flysheet neatly and store them in the carry bag to protect the fabric during transport.

Recommendations

For prolonged exposure to heavy rain or strong winds, use additional guying and select a sheltered pitch. Regularly check and clean pole connections and peg points to maintain structural reliability. Store the tent dry to prevent mildew and inspect seams and zippers before extended trips.
