The handle is shaped for ergonomic grip and control, reducing hand fatigue during extended use. The overall design aims to deliver consistent, even cuts and straightforward maintenance, including simple cleaning and periodic honing to maintain performance.

Suitable for

• Preparing vegetables and fruits
• Slicing and trimming meat and poultry
• Dicing onions, herbs and aromatics
• Everyday kitchen meal preparation

Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Blade length: 17.2 cm
• Knife type: chef's/utility knife suitable for multi-purpose kitchen tasks
• Handle: ergonomic design for improved grip and control
• Intended use: home and professional kitchen food preparation

How to use

Hold the handle with a secure grip and use the blade's full length for smooth, controlled cutting motions. For chopping, employ a rocking motion where the blade's tip remains near the cutting board while the heel moves down and forward; for slicing, draw the blade across the ingredient in a single smooth pass to preserve texture. Use a suitable cutting board and ensure fingers are tucked away from the blade. After use, wash the knife by hand with warm water and mild detergent, dry immediately to prevent water spots, and store safely in a knife block or protective sheath.

Recommendations

Regularly hone the blade to maintain edge alignment and periodically sharpen with an appropriate sharpener to restore cutting performance. Avoid cutting on very hard surfaces such as stone or glass, and do not use the knife for tasks like opening cans or cutting frozen foods to preserve the blade and handle integrity.
