Koud-/heetlaminator Olympia A 2024

The Olympia A 2024 is a compact cold/hot laminator designed for small offices, home workspaces and on-demand lamination tasks. It supports a maximum lamination width of 23 cm and processes documents at a speed of 400 mm/min. With a power consumption of 300 W and compatibility with 220–240 V AC mains, this laminator combines practical performance with a small footprint (382 mm × 124 mm × 191 mm) and a lightweight construction of approximately 2 kg. The device accommodates both cold and hot lamination films to protect and preserve documents, photos and printed materials.

Advantages

The Olympia A 2024 offers dual-mode lamination (cold and hot) that expands the range of usable film types and materials. Its 23 cm maximum lamination width and steady 400 mm/min feed speed allow reliable handling of standard office formats and smaller printouts. The units compact dimensions and low weight make it easy to position on a desk or store when not in use. Operating on common 220240 V mains and consuming 300 W ensures compatibility with typical office power supplies while keeping energy use moderate.

Suitable for

• Laminating single-page documents and ID-size cards
• Protecting photographs and small prints
• Preparing reusable signage and instruction cards
• Preserving certificates, receipts and reference sheets

How to use

Place the laminator on a stable, level surface and connect it to a compatible 220240 V power outlet. Select cold or hot mode according to the film type and material to be laminated; allow the device to reach the required temperature in hot mode before inserting a pouch. Insert the item centered inside the laminating pouch and feed the sealed edge into the rollers, guiding the pouch straight until the machine pulls it through. After lamination, allow the pouch to cool on a flat surface before handling to ensure a smooth, even finish. For cold lamination, follow the same feeding procedure but without heat-up time.

Recommendations

Use appropriately sized pouches that do not exceed the 23 cm width limit, and choose hot or cold pouches according to the material: heat-sensitive items require cold lamination. Allow the unit to warm up fully when using hot mode and avoid forcing thick or oversized materials through the rollers to prevent jams. Regularly clean the feed rollers following the manufacturer's care instructions to maintain consistent performance.
