Krimpkous CellPack 127107, 15 m lengte, per stuk

CellPack 127107 is heat-shrink tubing supplied as a single pack with 15 m of continuous tubing. It provides a heat-activated shrink fit that improves electrical insulation and mechanical protection for wire joints, cable terminations and assemblies in electrical and electronic applications. The tubing is intended for insulating conductors, protecting against abrasion and moisture ingress, and achieving a neat finish on repaired or newly assembled wiring.

Advantages

The tubing offers reliable shrink performance when heated, enabling a tight, conforming fit around cables and connectors. Its continuous 15 m length reduces the need for frequent splices and allows work on multiple connections from one pack. The material provides improved abrasion resistance and basic protection against moisture and dust, while simplifying insulation repair and harness assembly tasks.

How to use

Cut a suitable length of tubing to cover the joint or area to be protected, slide it into position over the conductor or connector, and apply even heat until the tubing shrinks and conforms tightly. Use a controlled heat source such as a heat gun for uniform results; avoid open flames to prevent damage to the tubing or underlying insulation. Allow the tubing to cool so it sets securely around the cable before handling.

Recommendations

For consistent results, select tubing with an appropriate diameter relative to the wire or connector before shrinking, and apply heat evenly while maintaining a safe distance to avoid overheating. Sections on a spool may be tied together; inspect the length before cutting to ensure continuous runs where required.
