Krimpkous CellPack 127141, 4 m lengte, 1 stuk

CellPack 127141 heat-shrink tubing is a length of thermally responsive insulation designed for electrical and electronic applications. Supplied as a single 4 m piece, this tubing shrinks when heated to provide a tight, protective layer over wire joints, terminals and repaired cable sections. The product is intended for use where mechanical protection and electrical isolation are required and where a heat-applied shrink solution is acceptable.

Advantages

This heat-shrink tubing offers reliable electrical insulation and mechanical reinforcement for connections and repairs. Its continuous 4 m length allows flexible cutting to required sizes and reduces the need for multiple short sections. The tubing forms a close-fitting sleeve after heating, improving strain relief and protecting against abrasion and mild environmental effects. The simple heat-shrink process makes it suitable for workshop and on-site repairs.

Suitable for

• Insulating splices and soldered joints in general wiring
• Covering and protecting terminals and connector interfaces
• Repairing damaged cable jackets and providing localized protection
• Strain relief and bundling of small wire groups

Key specifications

• Length: 4 m per piece
• Form: single continuous tube supplied as one piece
• Type: heat-shrink insulation tubing
• Application: electrical insulation and mechanical protection for wires and cables
• Installation method: heat-applied shrink to form a tight sleeve

How to use

Cut the required length of tubing to cover the joint or repair area with some overlap. Slide the tubing over the joint or component before making permanent connections when possible, or position it over the repair area afterwards. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot air tool or controlled flame at a safe distance until the tubing has contracted snugly around the item. Allow the tubing to cool and inspect for uniform shrinkage and secure fit. Avoid direct prolonged flame contact to prevent damage to the tubing or the underlying conductors.

Recommendations

Store the tubing in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. When cutting lengths from the continuous tube, take care to make clean cuts for neat application. For electrical safety, ensure the tubing covers exposed conductors fully and select appropriate shrink ratios and wall thicknesses when specific environmental or electrical requirements apply.
