Krimpkous CellPack 144369, 100 cm lengte, 1 stuk

CellPack 144369 heat-shrink tubing is a 100 cm single-piece sleeve designed for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of wire joints, cable terminations and connectors. Supplied as a continuous length, the tubing contracts uniformly when heated to form a tight, protective layer that reduces exposure to moisture, abrasion and accidental contact. It is compatible with general repair, installation and maintenance work where standardized shrink ratios and flexible coverage are required.

Advantages

The tubing offers predictable shrink performance and consistent wall thickness after shrinking, providing reliable electrical insulation and strain relief. Its continuous 100 cm length simplifies cutting to size for individual repairs or small installations without excess splicing. The material resists common environmental factors such as humidity and light mechanical abrasion, supporting longer-lasting connections in routine applications.

Suitable for

• Insulating soldered or crimped wire joints
• Protecting cable terminations and connector housings
• Repairing damaged outer insulation on small cables
• Bundling and organizing small wiring runs

Key specifications

• Length: 100 cm continuous sleeve
• Unit quantity: 1 piece per pack
• Material: heat-shrinkable polymer designed for electrical insulation
• Shrink behavior: uniform radial contraction when heated
• Mechanical properties: provides strain relief and abrasion resistance
• Environmental resistance: reduces ingress of moisture and contaminants

How to use

Measure and cut the tubing to the required length, allowing overlap past the connection or termination point. Slide the tubing over the joint or cable and apply heat evenly using a heat gun or controlled flame source until the tubing contracts and conforms to the underlying shape. Allow the sleeve to cool naturally before handling to ensure full recovery and stable insulation properties. If multiple sections are needed, join cut pieces with a slight overlap and reapply heat to seal the interface.

Recommendations

For best results, use a temperature-controlled heat gun and avoid direct open flames on sensitive components. Select tubing diameter slightly larger than the unshrunk cable and verify full recovery after cooling. Store the sleeve in a dry environment away from direct sunlight, and request alternative lengths from the supplier if a different size is required.
