LANBERG netwerkkabel Cat6a S/FTP 20 m wit RJ-45 naar RJ-45 CCA 26 AWG LSZH

The Lanberg PCF6A-10CC-2000-W RJ-45 Cat6a 20 m White is a 20-metre straight-through network cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed wired connections. Constructed to the Cat6a standard with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) protection, the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk to maintain stable data throughput across longer runs. Both ends are terminated with RJ-45 connectors in a standard pinout for compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices.

Advantages

Shielding across the twisted pairs and an overall foil shield provide improved immunity to external noise sources compared with unshielded alternatives, supporting longer reliable runs and consistent signal quality. The Cat6a specification supports higher frequencies and increased bandwidth for demanding applications. A 20 m length offers flexibility for routing between racks, wall sockets and devices without intermediate patching. The white jacket provides a neutral aesthetic for office or residential installations and helps identify the cable in mixed-cable environments.

How to use

Route the cable between networking equipment ensuring bends do not exceed manufacturer-recommended radii and avoid running parallel to mains power cables over long distances to minimize interference. Insert the RJ-45 plugs fully into the device ports until they click to ensure secure mating. For permanent installations, secure the cable with clips or cable ties at regular intervals and avoid sharp kinks. Test the link after installation with a network tester to verify continuity, pair integrity and expected data rates.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for backbone or horizontal links where higher bandwidth and improved shielding are required. Keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources, maintain gentle bend radii during installation, and confirm compatibility with device port speeds to achieve optimal performance.
