Wandmontage-rack LOGON RWP16U45BL 16U zwart sleutelslot

The LOGON RWP16U45BL is a 16U wall-mounted rack for secure storage of network equipment. It has a 4 mm tempered, antistatic, smoothed glass door set in an extruded aluminum frame with colored side strips and high fracture resistance. The cabinet is finished in black, includes a key lock for added security, and weighs 27 kg. Cable entry openings and adjustable rails facilitate installation and device mounting.

Advantages

The tempered glass door combined with an extruded aluminum frame offers durable protection while maintaining a visible front for monitoring equipment. Multiple cable inlet points and a movable rubber-edged cable entry module with sliding compression provide safe cable routing and dust reduction. Ventilation holes at the top chassis support either passive airflow or an optional active ventilation module with up to two fans. Side doors are detachable, and pre-mounted device installation rails allow depth adjustment for installed equipment.

Suitable for

• Wall-mounted network installations requiring up to 16U of rack space
• Small server rooms, telecom closets and equipment distribution points
• Environments where visible front access and secure locking are needed

Key specifications

• Rack capacity: 16U
• Dimensions (H x W x D): 823 mm x 600 mm x 450 mm
• Weight: 27 kg
• Front door: 4 mm antistatic tempered smoothed glass in extruded aluminum frame
• Colour: Black
• Locking: Key lock
• Cable entry: 145 mm x 70 mm inlet holes at top, bottom and rear; movable rubber-edged cable entry module (0–50 mm travel) with sliding compression
• Ventilation: Top chassis ventilation holes; supports optional ventilation module with up to 2 fans (active) or passive ventilation

How to use

Mount the rack securely to a suitable wall surface following local mounting guidelines and weight/load recommendations. Adjust and secure the pre-mounted device installation rails to the required depth, then install network devices into the 16U space. Route cables through the provided 145 x 70 mm inlet openings at top, bottom or rear and compress them using the rubber-edged cable entry module to limit dust ingress. Attach the optional fan module to the top ventilation hole if active cooling is required; otherwise rely on passive ventilation through the chassis openings. Use the key lock to secure the front door during operation.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, ensure the wall and mounting hardware can support the 27 kg cabinet plus installed equipment. If equipment generates notable heat, install the optional two-fan ventilation module to improve airflow; regularly check cable compression seals and maintain clearance around ventilation openings.
