Laptop-koelpad Thermaltake Massive 12 Max 43,2 cm 5 ventilatoren zwart

The Thermaltake Massive 12 Max is a laptop cooling pad for notebooks with screens up to 43.2 cm (17"). It is made of steel mesh and plastic, measures 420 x 290 x 40 mm and connects via a single USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB-A) cable. The cooler integrates five LED fans — one 120 mm fan and four 80 mm fans — designed to increase airflow and help dissipate heat from a laptop while providing LED illumination.

Advantages

The five-fan layout combines a larger 120 mm fan with four 80 mm fans to provide distributed airflow across the laptop base. Built-in LED lighting enhances visual appearance while a steel mesh surface improves air circulation. The device offers two USB-A 3.0 ports, allowing passthrough connection of a peripheral while powering the cooler from one USB-A 3.0 connection. A non-slip pad and a 2-stage riser that adjusts to three angles support stable positioning and ergonomic typing.

Suitable for

• Cooling gaming and multimedia laptops up to 17" (43.2 cm)
• Users who need improved airflow for heavy CPU/GPU loads
• Desk setups requiring a stable elevated platform with USB passthrough

How to use

Place the Massive 12 Max on a flat surface and set your laptop on top, aligning it with the non-slip pad. Connect the included USB-A cable to a USB 3.0/3.2 Gen 1 port on your computer to power the fans and LED lighting. Use the 2-stage riser to select one of three angles (3°, 9°, 13°) for a comfortable typing position and improved airflow underneath the laptop. If needed, connect an additional USB device to the passthrough USB-A port.

Recommendations

For stable performance, use the cooling pad on a hard, level surface and ensure the laptop vents are not obstructed. Use the riser position that provides both comfort and sufficient clearance for airflow. Disconnect the USB power when the cooler is not in use to conserve laptop battery.
