Lijmpistool STEINEL MobileGlue 5011 grijs oranje LED 20 g/min

The STEINEL MobileGlue 5011 Grey Orange LED 20 g/min is a battery-powered hot glue gun engineered for mobile repair and crafting tasks. It delivers an output of approximately 20 g/min at a minimum operating temperature of 130 °C, and is powered by a 2 Ah Lithium‑Ion battery. Compact dimensions (78 mm width × 256 mm depth × 188 mm height) and a lightweight build of about 0.375 kg make the tool easy to handle for precision gluing in locations without mains power.

Advantages

The design combines portability with steady glue flow, enabling consistent bead application on a variety of materials. The integrated LED improves visibility of the work area for accurate placement. Battery operation removes the need for cables, increasing maneuverability for on-site repairs and craft projects. The compact form factor and balanced weight support comfortable one-handed use during longer tasks.

Suitable for

• Small repairs at home or on-site where mains power is unavailable
• Hobby and craft projects requiring precise glue application
• Bonding lightweight materials such as fabric, wood trim, plastics, and paper
• Temporary or finishing joins in model making and decorative work

Key specifications

• Glue output: 20 g/min (approximate)
• Minimum operating temperature: 130 °C
• Power source: 2 Ah Lithium‑Ion battery
• Weight: 0.375 kg
• Dimensions (W × D × H): 78 × 256 × 188 mm

How to use

Insert the appropriate glue sticks compatible with hot glue guns into the feed chamber, then switch on the device to allow the heating element to reach operating temperature. Wait until the LED indicates readiness or until a steady bead of molten glue is produced. Apply consistent pressure to the trigger to dispense glue, guiding the nozzle to the required position for accurate placement. Release the trigger to stop flow and allow joints to set. Allow the tool to cool before storing and follow standard safety precautions for hot adhesives.

Recommendations

Use the STEINEL MobileGlue 5011 for short to medium-duration tasks and keep spare glue sticks on hand to maintain workflow. For best adhesion, ensure bonding surfaces are clean and dry; for heat-sensitive materials, test a small area first. Recharge the battery as needed according to usage intensity and store the device in a dry place once cooled.
