Lindy 1m DisplayPort-naar-HDMI-10.2G-kabel

The Lindy DisplayPort to HDMI Cable connects a DisplayPort-equipped source (PC or laptop) to an HDMI display. It supports 4K UHD video at resolutions up to 3840x2160@30Hz and is suitable for extending a desktop workspace or connecting an additional monitor for home or office use.

Advantages

The cable provides reliable transmission of video up to 4K@30Hz and is compatible with common DisplayPort sources and HDMI displays. It allows adding a second display to extend the desktop and supports multi-channel audio formats when the source GPU provides audio over DisplayPort.

Key specifications

• Connector type: DisplayPort (source) to HDMI (display)
• Maximum resolution: 3840 x 2160 @ 30Hz (4K UHD)
• Audio support: uncompressed 7.1 and compressed formats such as DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD (requires GPU audio-over-DisplayPort support)
• Use cases: connecting PC or laptop to HDMI monitor or TV, extending desktop workspace

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort end of the cable to the DisplayPort output on your PC or laptop and plug the HDMI end into the HDMI input of the monitor or TV. Select the appropriate input on the display and configure display settings in the operating system to extend or duplicate the desktop. If you require audio over HDMI, ensure the graphics card supports audio output via DisplayPort and select the HDMI audio device in the system sound settings.

Recommendations

For 4K@30Hz video and audio passthrough, use a graphics card with DisplayPort audio support and ensure display input and OS settings are configured for the desired resolution and sound output.
