Lindy 2 m actieve DisplayPort-naar-HDMI-kabel met HDR

The Lindy Active DisplayPort to HDMI Cable 2m provides active conversion of DisplayPort video signals to HDMI, enabling connection of DisplayPort-equipped PCs, laptops or graphics cards to HDMI displays and projectors. The built-in chipset improves compatibility with both dual-mode (DP++) and non-dual-mode sources and avoids the need for separate adapters. The cable supports resolutions up to 4096x2160 at 60Hz and includes HDR support for improved contrast and colour reproduction. It features a DisplayPort connector at the source end and a standard HDMI Type A connector at the display end; the cable is 2 m long and finished in black.

Advantages

This active cable offers reliable signal conversion thanks to an integrated chipset that broadens compatibility across a wide range of graphics cards and laptops. It supports 4K@60Hz and HDR for high-detail video and also carries uncompressed multi-channel audio when the source device provides audio over DisplayPort. The product is RoHS-compliant and eliminates the need for additional adapters when connecting DisplayPort sources to HDMI displays.

• Connecting DP-equipped desktops or laptops to HDMI monitors or projectors
• 4K@60Hz video playback with HDR on compatible displays
• Retail displays, digital signage and video playback in hospitality settings
• Multi-monitor setups using AMD Eyefinity-capable graphics to create widescreen or ultra-high-resolution displays

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort end to the source device (graphics card, laptop or PC) and the HDMI Type A end to the target display or projector. Ensure the source device is set to output via DisplayPort and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. If audio is required, verify that the source device’s graphics adapter supports audio over DisplayPort—if not, use a separate audio connection. For multi-monitor or Eyefinity setups, configure display settings in the graphics driver control panel.

Recommendations

For reliable 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 operation, use up-to-date graphics drivers; note that some Nvidia drivers may limit DP-to-HDMI conversion to 4:2:2 at 4K@60Hz. If audio does not pass through, check your device’s DisplayPort audio support and, where necessary, use an independent audio connection.
