Lindy 2m 3,5mm audiokabel, Cromo Line

The Lindy 2m 3.5mm Cromo Line audio cable is a flexible, anthracite-coloured lead with 3.5mm male connectors at both ends. Designed for hi-fi and portable audio equipment, it uses high-quality copper conductors with 24K gold-plated contacts to ensure reliable signal transfer and reduced risk of corrosion. The jacket is made from thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and the inner conductors use nylon insulation; the cable is PVC- and halogen-free in accordance with relevant EU directives.

Advantages

This Lindy audio cable combines a durable, flexible TPE jacket with gold-plated 3.5mm male connectors for improved conductivity and long-term resistance to tarnishing. The 2 m length provides practical reach for connecting devices, and the AWG 28 wire size supports consistent audio performance. Being PVC- and halogen-free reduces the presence of PVC and toxic additives found in many typical cable designs.

Suitable for

• Connecting smartphones, iPods or portable audio players to car aux inputs
• Linking a portable device to an amplifier or active speakers
• Temporary or permanent connections between audio sources and receivers with 3.5mm jacks

How to use

Insert one 3.5mm male connector into the headphone or line-out jack of the source device and the other into the 3.5mm input of the target device (car aux, amplifier or speakers). Ensure both connectors are fully seated for optimal contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; the flexible TPE jacket allows easy positioning without stressing the conductors.

Recommendations

For best audio quality, keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid routing near power cables or strong electromagnetic sources. Clean connector contacts occasionally with a dry, lint-free cloth to maintain good conductivity.
