Lindy 5m dual tulp audiokabel, Cromo Line

The Lindy 5m Dual Phono Audio Cable from the Cromo Line is a flexible, PVC- and halogen-free audio cable designed for connecting hi-fi components and consumer audio/video equipment. It has two RCA (phono) male connectors on each end, 24K gold-plated contacts, and a 28 AWG conductor to maintain reliable signal transfer across a 5 m length. The cable jacket and insulation use thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and nylon to meet EU restrictions on PVC and halogen-containing materials.

Advantages

The design combines gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance with copper conductors that preserve audio clarity. Its flexible TPE jacket and nylon insulation provide durability and reduced stiffness while remaining PVC- and halogen-free. The 5 m length and dual RCA connectors allow straightforward left/right stereo connections between devices without additional adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting hi-fi separates (amplifier, CD player, DAC) with RCA/phono inputs
• Connecting a sound bar or AV receiver to a TV with RCA outputs
• Linking audio sources and recorders that use dual RCA connectors at distances up to 5 m

Key specifications

• Connectors: 2 x RCA (male) on each end
• Cable length: 5 m
• Wire gauge: 28 AWG
• Contact plating: 24K gold
• Colour: Anthracite
• Jacket / insulation: TPE jacket, nylon insulation
• Standards: PVC- and halogen-free construction

How to use

Connect the RCA plugs to the matching left (white) and right (red) phono inputs or outputs on your audio devices. Ensure plugs are fully inserted for secure contact and route the cable to avoid sharp bends or pinching. For best results, keep the cable away from power cords and strong electromagnetic sources that could introduce interference.

Recommendations

For consistent signal quality, use the Lindy Dual Phono cable at its intended 5 m length or shorter and avoid running it parallel to mains cables. Inspect connectors periodically for signs of wear or corrosion and replace the cable if physical damage is detected.
