Lindy 7,5 m standaard HDMI-kabel, Cromo Line

From the Lines cable connectivity concept developed by Lindy, Cromo Line Standard HDMI cables are high-performance HDMI connections that combine durable materials with distinctive chrome-style connector housings. These cables are designed for reliable transmission of UHD video and multichannel audio in both home and commercial installations.

Advantages

Cromo Line Standard HDMI cables use triple-shielded construction and 26AWG tinned copper conductors to reduce interference and provide corrosion resistance. 24K gold-plated contacts ensure stable signal transfer and reliable long-term performance. The chrome-look ABS connector housing offers a clean aesthetic that suits modern AV setups.

Key specifications

• Supported video: up to 4K (4096x2160) @60Hz, 4:2:0, 8-bit
• Audio support: up to 32-channel audio and Dolby TrueHD
• Conductors: 26AWG tinned copper
• Shielding: triple shielded construction
• Contacts: 24K gold-plated
• Connector housing: chrome-design ABS
• HDMI version: HDMI 2.0 supported for 10.2 Gbps on cables longer than 5 m; lengths below 5 m classified as High Speed
• Available lengths: 0.3 m to 10 m

How to use

Connect one HDMI connector to the source device (such as a Blu-ray player, game console or PC) and the other connector to the display or AV receiver. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the corresponding HDMI port. For lengths above 5 m, note HDMI 2.0 bandwidth behavior: cables longer than 5 m support HDMI 2.0 at the specified 10.2 Gbps capacity; shorter cables are classified as High Speed. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling to preserve cable integrity.

Recommendations

Choose the cable length that matches your installation to minimise excess slack. For reliable 4K@60Hz performance with full HDMI 2.0 features, use Cromo Line cables at lengths up to the tested 10 m, and avoid tight bends or near high-power electrical sources to reduce interference.
