Lindy 7,5 m USB 2.0 Type-A naar B kabel, Cromo Line

The Lindy Cromo Line USB 2.0 Type A to B cable (7.5 m) provides a long, flexible connection between USB Type A hosts and USB Type B devices. Designed within Lindy's Lines cable connectivity concept, this 7.5 metre cable combines double-shielded construction, tinned copper conductors and gold-plated contacts to ensure stable data transfer and resistance to corrosion. The grey cable supports USB 2.0 data rates up to 480 Mbps and is intended for situations requiring extended reach without sacrificing signal integrity.

Advantages

Double shielding and tinned copper conductors reduce interference and improve durability, while gold-plated connector contacts enhance signal integrity and resist corrosion. The extended 7.5 m length offers greater flexibility for workstation layouts and equipment placement. The Cromo Line design pairs premium construction with a distinctive connector style for reliable, long-distance USB 2.0 connectivity.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers, scanners and USB B peripherals to PCs or hubs
• Workstations and office setups requiring an extended cable run
• Audio interfaces and external devices that use USB B connectors

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB Type A
• Connector 2: USB Type B
• USB version: USB 2.0 (up to 480 Mbps)
• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Product colour: Grey
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Conductors: Tinned copper
• Construction: Double-shielded

How to use

Plug the USB Type A end into the host device (PC, laptop or hub) and connect the USB Type B end to the peripheral (printer, scanner or audio interface). Ensure connectors are inserted fully to maintain a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For best results, use the cable within its specified length and data rate capabilities.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines or near large motors. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or damage and replace the cable if signal loss or intermittent connections occur.
