LNB TECHNISAT Universal Quattro 0010/8880 0,1 dB ruisgetal

The TECHNISAT Universal Quattro LNB 0010/8880 offers a low-noise satellite signal conversion with a 0.1 dB noise figure. Intended for fixed installation on a satellite dish, this Quattro LNB provides four dedicated outputs — one each for horizontal low, horizontal high, vertical low and vertical high — to feed multiswitches or multiple independent tuners. It is designed to deliver stable, low-noise distribution of satellite signals across receivers in multi-user or multi-tuner installations.

Advantages

The Universal Quattro LNB features a very low noise figure (0.1 dB) for improved signal sensitivity, four fixed outputs for simplified connections to multiswitches or several receivers, and a universal LNB design compatible with common Ku-band satellite systems. Its construction is intended for reliable performance and consistent signal levels required in shared distribution setups.

Suitable for

• Multi-dwelling or multi-room satellite installations
• Systems using a multiswitch to distribute signals to multiple tuners
• Installations that require separate low/high and vertical/horizontal feeds
• Professional or residential setups where several receivers are connected to a single dish

How to use

Mount the Quattro LNB at the focus of a compatible satellite dish following the dish manufacturer’s alignment instructions. Connect each of the four outputs to the corresponding input on a multiswitch or to dedicated feeder cables leading to separate tuners: one output for vertical low, one for vertical high, one for horizontal low and one for horizontal high. Ensure all coaxial connections are secure and weatherproofed. Power for the LNB is supplied through the multiswitch or receiver system as applicable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use high-quality coaxial cable and F-type connectors, verify dish alignment and polarity settings, and protect outdoor connections from moisture. When integrating with a multiswitch, confirm the correct mapping of Quattro outputs to multiswitch inputs to ensure full band and polarity coverage to all receivers.
