Losse theepot Bredemeijer Jang 800 ml Zwart

The Bredemeijer® Jang single teapot in black is a 800 ml Japanese-style cast iron teapot designed for brewing and serving tea. It features a durable enamel interior and comes with a stainless steel tea filter. The construction helps retain temperature and flavour for longer periods and the teapot is available as a stand-alone 0.8 litre model.

Advantages

The enamel interior protects the cast iron from rust and preserves the tea's flavour, while the heavy cast iron body provides heat retention. The included stainless steel tea filter allows easy brewing of loose-leaf tea. The teapot's compact 800 ml capacity and classic design make it practical for everyday use and compatible accessories such as tea lights, cups and stands can extend its functionality.

Suitable for

• Brewing loose-leaf and teabag tea for small gatherings or personal use
• Serving tea at home, in an office, or in a small café setting
• Use with a tea light warmer, matching cups and a stand

How to use

Preheat the teapot by rinsing it with hot water, then add loose-leaf tea or a teabag to the stainless steel filter. Pour hot water at the appropriate temperature for the chosen tea and allow to steep for the recommended time. Remove the filter when steeping is finished and pour the tea directly from the spout. To keep tea warmer for longer, place the teapot on a compatible tea light warmer.

Recommendations

Hand wash only; avoid scrubbing the enamel interior with abrasive cleaners. Do not heat the teapot directly on an open flame. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent external rusting of the cast iron surface.
