How to use

Install the speaker on a wall or ceiling using appropriate mounting hardware and following local safety regulations. Connect the speaker to a compatible amplifier or public-address system using standard speaker wiring and observe correct impedance and power matching to avoid overloading. Position multiple units as needed to achieve even coverage; maintain clear line-of-sight from the loudspeaker to listening areas for best speech clarity. Regularly inspect mounting points and wiring for secure connections.

Recommendations

For consistent background music and clear paging, use an amplifier that matches the speaker's power rating and ensure volume levels are set to preserve speech intelligibility. When covering larger areas, distribute several SP-1801 units and balance levels to avoid hotspots. Keep the speaker free from obstructions and avoid mounting directly adjacent to HVAC outlets to reduce noise interference.
