How to use

Adjust seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your thighs are approximately horizontal. Use the back/tilt adjustment to set a comfortable recline angle that maintains lumbar contact with the structured back support. The swivel base allows positioning without twisting the torso; use it to reach items around your desk while keeping a neutral posture. For long sessions, change position periodically and use the adjustments to redistribute pressure and maintain comfort.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For best results, combine seat height and back tilt adjustments to maintain an upright posture with lumbar support. Take short breaks every 30–60 minutes to stand and stretch. If you use the chair for extended periods, periodically reassess adjustment settings to match changes in clothing, footwear or workstation layout.
