Manhattan USB-C dock/hub, aansluitingen (4): USB-A (x4), 5 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen1 ook bekend als USB 3.0), USB-gevoed (geen externe voeding nodig), equivalent aan HB30CM4AB

The Manhattan 4-Port USB 3.0 Type-C Hub converts a single USB-C port into four SuperSpeed USB-A ports, allowing connection of a keyboard, mouse, thumb drive and other USB-A peripherals. It supports devices that meet the USB 3.2 Gen 1 (formerly USB 3.0) specification with data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps and supplies up to 5 V / 1 A for charging phones or tablets. The hub is bus powered, housed in durable ABS, and has a compact footprint (30 mm x 107 mm x 11 mm) for portability.

Advantages

The hub provides four SuperSpeed USB-A ports from a single USB-C host port, with backward compatibility for older USB-A devices. Its compact, lightweight ABS case and bus-powered design make it easy to carry and use without an external power adapter. Plug-and-play installation and hot-swap capability allow quick connection and removal of peripherals.

Suitable for

• Connecting keyboard and mouse to a laptop with USB-C

How to use

Plug the hub's USB-C connector into an available USB-C port on your host device. Connect USB-A peripherals (keyboard, mouse, storage, printer, etc.) into the hub's four Type-A ports. The hub is plug-and-play on compatible Windows and Mac systems; no driver installation is normally required. To charge a mobile device, connect it to one of the Type-A ports with the appropriate cable—charging is limited to the hub's 5 V / 1 A output.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect high-speed storage devices to a single port at a time when transferring large files. Avoid connecting multiple high-current charging devices simultaneously, as the hub is bus powered and supplies up to 1 A total. Store the hub in a padded compartment when transporting to protect its ABS housing.
