Each folder is sized to hold A4-format papers, providing a simple and durable option for sorting, protecting and transporting documents. The cardboard construction balances rigidity with light weight, making these folders suitable for everyday office, school or home use.

Advantages

These cardboard folders combine robust material with a low weight, offering stable support for loose sheets while remaining easy to carry. The assortment of bright colours facilitates quick visual sorting and colour-coded filing. The folders are produced to withstand repeated handling and maintain shape, which helps reduce page wrinkling and keeps documents presentable over time.

Suitable for

• Organising school notebooks, worksheets and handouts
• Sorting office documents, invoices and meeting materials
• Storing project files and client paperwork by colour
• Transporting printed materials between home, office and meetings

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Material: durable cardboard
• Pack quantity: 10 folders per set
• Colours included: blue, green, orange, red, yellow
• Design: single-sheet folder for loose papers

How to use

Insert A4 sheets directly into each folder, aligning the top edge with the folder opening to keep pages secure. Use different colours to separate subjects, projects or clients for easier retrieval. When transporting, place folders inside a bag, briefcase or box to protect from moisture and excessive bending. For long-term storage, keep folders upright on a shelf to preserve shape and prevent edges from curling.

Recommendations

For efficient organisation, assign a colour to a specific category (for example: blue for invoices, green for contracts). Avoid exposing cardboard folders to prolonged humidity and heavy loads to maintain rigidity. If frequent access is required, consider using a label on the folder spine or front edge for faster identification.
