Märklin 042930 H0 ICE hogesnelheidstrein-rijtuigset met 7 rijtuigen, DB AG, schaal 1:87

Expanding a model railway with authentic ICE 3 rolling stock is a challenge: many add-on sets lack the correct car mix, close coupling, or provision for lighting. This Märklin 042930 set solves that by delivering seven detailed DB AG ICE 3 passenger cars in H0 scale, ready to extend your existing ICE 3 basic set into a full-length train.

Who is it for

This set is for model railway enthusiasts who already own a Märklin H0 ICE 3 basic set (such as 29790, 29791, 37780, 37781, 37783, or 37784) and want to add authentic intermediate cars. It suits layouts with a minimum radius of 360 mm and AC (3-rail) operation.

Main features

• Seven cars: one Bordrestaurant, one 1st class open saloon, one 1st class compartment, and four 2nd class cars of various types.
• Detailed interior fittings and tinted side windows for a realistic appearance.
• Special close couplers with guide mechanism for reliable operation and close coupling.
• Current-conducting couplers between cars, enabling continuous power for optional interior lighting.

• Metal chassis and high-quality plastic body for durability.
• Total length over buffers: approximately 1848 mm.
