Masking tape Tesa 04323 beige 50 m x 30 mm — kreppapieren plakband

Tesa 04323 Beige crepe paper masking tape, 50 m long and 30 mm wide, is designed for temporary fixing, surface protection and clean paint edging during renovation, decorating and DIY tasks. The tape combines a flexible crepe-paper backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres reliably to a variety of surfaces yet can be removed without leaving significant residue when used as intended. Its beige color makes it easy to see against most surfaces while blending discreetly with light backgrounds.

Advantages

The crepe paper backing offers good conformability to uneven and curved surfaces, allowing accurate application along trim, mouldings and join lines. The pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures immediate tack and holds materials in place during painting and light assembly tasks. Because the tape is designed for temporary use, it can be removed cleanly from many painted and non-porous surfaces if removed within the recommended time frame. The 30 mm width provides a balance between coverage and precision for typical masking jobs.

Suitable for

• Masking edges for indoor painting and decorating
• Protecting surfaces from splashes and dust during renovation
• Temporary holding of lightweight parts and materials
• General DIY tasks that require removable adhesive

Key specifications

• Backing material: crepe paper for flexibility and conformability
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive removable adhesive
• Length: 50 metres
• Width: 30 millimetres
• Color: beige
• Intended use: temporary masking and surface protection

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or grease before applying the tape. Unwind the required length and press the tape firmly along the edge or surface to achieve good contact; smooth by hand to remove air pockets. For painting, apply the tape so the adhesive edge aligns with the intended paint line. After completing work and once paint is touch-dry according to paint manufacturer instructions, remove the tape slowly at a low angle to minimize edge lift and achieve a clean line. For prolonged outdoor exposure or on delicate finishes, test a small area first.

Recommendations

Use this masking tape for interior painting and general-purpose temporary protection. Remove within the time limits recommended for crepe paper tapes to avoid adhesive residue; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity when clean removal is required.
