Mastmontagebeugel Extralink CA1500 — gesloten vaste stalen haak voor trekhaak

Extralink Pole bracket CA1500 is a closed-end, fixed steel hook designed for mounting on poles to support draw hooks and cable pulling operations. The bracket offers a stable attachment point for securing lashing clamps and guiding cables during outdoor installation and maintenance. It is intended for use with 20 mm mounting straps and provides a compact, robust solution where a fixed steel hook is required.

Advantages

The closed-end design prevents accidental disengagement of hooks or cables and improves safety during pulling and tensioning. Constructed from steel, the bracket delivers strength and resistance to mechanical wear in outdoor environments. Compatibility with 20 mm straps simplifies installation on a wide range of pole diameters and reduces the need for additional mounting hardware.

How to use

Position the bracket on the pole at the required height and secure it using a 20 mm strap routed through the bracket’s mounting point. Tighten the strap to achieve a firm, stable fit around the pole. Attach the draw hook or lashing clamp to the closed-end hook and route the cable or pulling line as needed. Verify that the bracket is seated and that the strap is tensioned to prevent movement during pulling operations.

Recommendations

Inspect the bracket and mounting strap before use and replace any components showing significant corrosion or deformation. Use straps rated for the expected load and follow local safety standards for pole works and cable pulling to ensure safe installation and operation.
