How to use

Place the pillow on your mattress with the contoured side aligned to support your neck. Select the initial insert configuration that approximates your preferred loft and firmness, then lie down in your usual sleeping position to evaluate comfort and head alignment. Make incremental adjustments to the inserts until your head rests in a neutral position with the chin roughly level and the neck supported. Follow care instructions on the cover for cleaning and maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the pillow nightly to maintain consistent cervical support; for new users, allow a short adaptation period during which minor adjustments to insert configuration may be necessary. Replace the outer cover regularly to maintain cleanliness, and consult a healthcare professional if you have a specific neck condition or persistent pain before changing your sleeping setup.
