Microconnect B-UTP60025O Netwerkkabel oranje 0,25 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect B-UTP60025O is a 0.25 m RJ-45 Cat6 networking cable designed for high-speed data transfer up to 10000 Mbit/s. It uses U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) construction and is rated to meet Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz, while remaining backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5. The cable comes in orange for easy identification and includes latch protection on the connector to reduce the risk of damage during installation in tight spaces.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable supports transmission up to 250 MHz and is suitable for 10 Gbit/s connections over short distances. U/UTP construction reduces interference in typical office and home environments. The short 0.25 m length makes it convenient for direct device-to-device connections, patch panels or keystone jacks without excess cable slack. Latch protection on the RJ-45 connectors helps prevent connector damage during installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting switch to router, modem or networked device
• Patching between devices and patch panels or keystone jacks
• Short interconnects in small office or home entertainment setups

Key specifications

• Product name: Microconnect B-UTP60025O
• Type: RJ-45 Cat6 U/UTP cable
• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Frequency rating: up to 250 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.004 kg

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of a device (switch, router, modem or networked appliance) and the other RJ-45 connector into the corresponding port on the second device, patch panel or wall jack. Ensure the connectors click into place with the latch protection engaged. Use the 0.25 m length for short, direct connections to avoid excess cable routing.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force on the cable. Keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources where possible and use it within indoor networking environments. The short length is intended for device-to-device or patch panel connections rather than long runs.
