Microfoon Boya BY-BM2040

The Boya BY-BM2040 is a compact shotgun microphone designed for video recording and on-camera use. With a super-cardioid condenser capsule and a frequency response that covers typical vocal and ambient ranges, it provides focused sound capture and reduces off-axis noise. The microphone is lightweight and built with reinforced ABS and carbon-fiber elements to balance durability and portability; it connects directly to cameras, camcorders, smartphones and PCs without requiring a battery.

Advantages

The microphone’s super-cardioid pickup pattern helps isolate the subject while minimizing background noise. Reinforced ABS and carbon-fiber construction make the unit stronger yet light (about 79 g), which is convenient for handheld and on-camera shooting. It is plug-and-play and powered by the connected device, eliminating the need for batteries or extra settings. Supplied accessories include both 3.5 mm TRS and TRRS cables plus foam and furry windshields for outdoor use.

Suitable for

• Vlogging and on-camera interviews
