The Omnitronic MS-4 Pro microphone stand with boom arm in black is a floor stand designed for vocal and instrument microphones in rehearsals, live performances and studio sessions. It features an adjustable telescopic shaft and a pivoting boom arm to allow precise placement of the microphone. The stand’s metal construction and tripod base provide stable support and practical height and angle adjustment for stage, studio and practice environments.

Advantages

The MS-4 Pro delivers robust stability through a reinforced tripod base and a heavy-duty shaft, while the adjustable boom arm gives flexible reach and angle adjustment for different microphone types and playing positions. Tool-free locks enable quick setup and fine tuning, and the black finish reduces visual distraction on stage. The compact folding tripod makes transport and storage simple.

How to use

Place the tripod base on a flat, stable surface and unfold the legs fully to ensure even support. Extend the telescopic shaft to the desired height and secure the locking collar. Adjust the boom arm length and pivot angle to position the microphone over the source, then tighten the boom clamp. Attach a suitable microphone clip or shock mount to the stand thread and secure the microphone. Make incremental adjustments while monitoring sound to achieve optimal placement.

Recommendations

For longest service life, avoid overtightening clamps and store the stand dry and free from corrosive conditions. When using the boom arm with heavier microphones or shock mounts, move the counterweight position (if present) or shorten the boom to maintain balance and prevent tipping. Regularly check fasteners before use to ensure safe and stable operation.
