How to use

Mount the camera on a stable surface such as a wall or ceiling at a position that gives the intended coverage area; aim the 2.8 mm lens to include key zones like entry points and access paths. Connect power and network according to your system setup and configure camera settings through the recorder or management software to set exposure, white balance and motion detection parameters. Verify the camera’s field of view on a live feed and adjust angle or position as needed to minimize obstructions and maximize useful coverage.

Recommendations

Install the camera at a height and orientation that reduces direct glare from streetlights and sun while ensuring required detail for identification. Use routine checks to clean the lens and seals, confirm firmware is up to date, and adjust sensitivity or exposure settings if the scene lighting changes significantly. For extended coverage, plan camera placement to minimize blind spots and complement with additional units where detailed identification is required.
