Mini DisplayPort-kabel VALUE 11.99.5793 4,5 m

The VALUE Mini DisplayPort Cable (4.5m) connects devices with a Mini DisplayPort output to HDTVs or monitors, transmitting high-definition video and multi-channel digital audio over a single cable. It is intended for use between a computer or compatible source device and a display, providing a reliable connection for video and sound. Note that the cable carries signals in one direction: the Mini DisplayPort plug must be connected to the source device (for example, a graphics card or laptop).

Advantages

This Mini DisplayPort cable supports high-definition digital video and multi-channel audio in a single connection, reducing cable clutter and simplifying setup. The 4.5 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices across a room, and the cable is designed for compatibility with standard Mini DisplayPort outputs and HDMI/HDTV displays. It transmits established digital video standards and provides sufficient bandwidth for current HDTV formats.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or desktops with Mini DisplayPort to HDTVs or external monitors
• Home-theater setups where a computer is the source
• Presentations and meeting rooms requiring a longer cable run (4.5 m)

Key specifications

• Connector type: Mini DisplayPort to HDMI (HDTV)
• Length: 4.5 m

• Brand: VALUE, MPN: 11.99.5793, EAN: 7611990135783

How to use

Connect the Mini DisplayPort plug to the source device’s Mini DisplayPort output (for example, a laptop, tablet docking station, or graphics card). Plug the HDMI/HDTV end into the display device (monitor or TV). Select the appropriate input on the display and configure the source device’s video output settings if necessary (resolution, audio output). Ensure the Mini DisplayPort is connected to the source, as the cable transmits signals in one direction only.

Recommendations

For best results, verify that the source device supports audio over Mini DisplayPort if you intend to transmit sound to the TV. Use display settings to set the correct resolution and refresh rate supported by your TV or monitor. Avoid sharp bends near the connectors and keep the cable away from heat sources to maintain signal integrity.
