Mobiele boorstandaard wolfcraft tecmobil 4522000

The wolfcraft tecmobil 4522000 is a mobile drill stand designed to improve drilling accuracy and flexibility. Built for use with power drills, it combines a tiltable guide, adjustable depth stop and a straight guide to support precise, repeatable drilling both on site and in the workshop. The stand includes a clampable base with centring mechanism and a V-groove for securing round workpieces, and it can be used as a portable unit or mounted as a stationary drill stand.

Advantages

The mobile drill stand accepts power drills and has a connector for dust extraction to enable cleaner, more precise drilling in any position. Tiltable double guide bars with an integrated scale allow precision drilling up to ±45°, while an infinitely adjustable depth stop and a straight guide help with repeatable hole spacing. An additional handle improves placement and prevents skidding. The base plate contains four holes so the unit can be fixed as a stationary drill, and an integrated V-groove and centring mechanism secure round and centred workpieces. The handle stores a drill stack for quick access and the tool uses a Euronorm collar ø43 mm. The product is supplied in a covering box.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Precision drilling with handheld power drills
• On-site drilling where portability is required
• Workshop tasks requiring repeatable, centred holes
• Drilling round workpieces using the V-groove

How to use

Mount a compatible power drill into the Euronorm ø43 mm collar and secure the workpiece in the base clamp or V-groove. Adjust the double guide bars to the required tilt and set the depth stop to the desired drilling depth. Use the straight guide for drilling multiple holes in a line and the additional handle to stabilise the unit during operation. For stationary use, fix the base plate through the four holes to a workbench.

Recommendations

Use a dust extraction system connected to the connector when possible to reduce debris and improve visibility. Select drills that match the Euronorm ø43 mm collar and check the depth stop and guide alignment before each use.
