Mokakan JATA HCAF2409 0,45 L Zwart Wit

The JATA HCAF2409 Moka pot is a stovetop coffee brewer with a 0.45 L capacity designed to produce concentrated, traditional Italian-style coffee. Offered in black and white finishes, this compact unit has a width of 101.5 mm for convenient storage and fits small kitchens or limited counter space. The single-pack set contains the components required to brew several cups of espresso-like coffee at home using ground coffee and stovetop heat.

Advantages

The moka pot design provides consistent extraction and a dense, full-bodied cup using steam pressure from boiling water. Its compact dimensions and simple construction make it easy to disassemble, clean, and store. The availability in two colors allows it to match different kitchen décors while the 0.45 L capacity is suitable for preparing multiple small servings in one brew.

Suitable for

• Brewing traditional Italian-style coffee on gas, electric, or halogen stovetops
• Small households or individuals who prefer concentrated coffee servings
• Situations with limited counter or storage space
• People who want a mechanical, electricity-free brewing method

Key specifications

• Capacity: 0.45 L (suitable for multiple small cups)
• External width: 101.5 mm for compact storage
• Color options: black and white finish
• Type: stovetop moka pot for pressure-based extraction
• Material: metal construction designed for heat transfer (as typical for moka pots)

How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, insert the filter funnel and fill it with medium-fine ground coffee without tamping, then screw the upper chamber on securely. Place the moka pot on a compatible stovetop at medium heat and monitor the extraction; the brewed coffee will flow into the upper chamber. Remove from heat once the flow decreases and serve after a short settling time. Allow the unit to cool before disassembling for cleaning.

Recommendations

Use filtered water and freshly ground coffee for best flavor. Do not overfill the filter basket or tamp the grounds, and ensure the seal and safety valve are clean before each use. Clean all parts by hand and avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain the finish and functionality.
