The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and provides long-lasting mechanical strength for outdoor use. The kit’s form factor and mounting points are adapted to the villa door station design, allowing accurate alignment and a neat finish. As a complete mounting solution, it simplifies installation for both professional installers and experienced DIY users by including the essential parts and enabling a reliable, wobble-free attachment.

• Professional and residential intercom system installations
• Upgrades or replacements for existing door station mounts

How to use

Position the stainless steel mounting shield on the selected wall surface, mark the mounting points and drill the required holes according to the device’s mounting template. Attach the mounting kit to the wall using appropriate anchors or screws for the wall material, then secure the villa door station onto the mounted shield, ensuring correct alignment and cable routing. Tighten fasteners to achieve a stable fit and verify that the door station is firmly seated and level before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

For outdoor installations, use corrosion-resistant fasteners and suitable wall anchors matched to the substrate (concrete, brick, or plasterboard). Avoid adding insulation layers between the device and the stainless steel shield unless specified by the device manufacturer. Periodically inspect fasteners and the mounting surface for signs of corrosion or loosening and retighten or replace hardware when necessary.
