Montageset Eurolite 58000390 zilver staal 20 kg draagvermogen

The Eurolite 58000390 Silver Steel 20 kg Capacity mounting kit is a compact hardware solution designed to support suspended fixtures and small equipment up to 20 kg. Constructed from silver-finished steel, the kit includes components sized for a 1.6 cm ball diameter to provide a secure connection point and stable load distribution. The mounting kit is suitable for fixed and temporary installations in professional and domestic environments where a reliable, metal mounting solution is required.

Advantages

The steel construction and silver finish deliver corrosion resistance and a consistent aesthetic while maintaining structural strength for loads up to 20 kg. The 1.6 cm ball diameter specification ensures compatibility with common suspension fittings and contributes to predictable load behavior. The kit's compact design simplifies installation and minimizes visible hardware, making it practical for use in lighting rigs, display systems, and lightweight suspended equipment.

How to use

Select a structurally sound anchor point capable of supporting above the rated 20 kg capacity, then attach the mounting components according to the mounting surface and fixture type. Ensure the ball coupling engages fully with the mating suspension part and tighten any fasteners to the manufacturer's recommended torque or until secure without over-torquing. After installation, verify alignment and test the mounted load under controlled conditions before normal use.

Recommendations

Inspect the mounting kit and anchor points regularly for wear, corrosion, or deformation. Do not exceed the 20 kg rated capacity. Use appropriate hardware for the mounting surface (concrete anchors, wood screws, or structural bolts) and, where applicable, consult a qualified installer for overhead or safety-critical installations.
