MSI G271CQPDE E2 computermonitor 68,6 cm (27″) 2560 x 1440 pixels Wide Quad HD LED zwart

The MSI G271CQPDE is a 27-inch curved gaming monitor with a 2560×1440 (WQHD) resolution and a 170 Hz refresh rate. Built on a VA panel, the display offers high native contrast, deep blacks and wide viewing angles along with an immersive 27" curvature designed to reduce peripheral distortion. The combination of WQHD pixel density and a rapid refresh rate delivers clearer images and smoother motion for games, video and general desktop use.

Advantages

The VA panel provides high contrast ratios and improved black reproduction compared with typical IPS or TN alternatives, while the 170 Hz refresh rate reduces motion blur and supports fluid frame pacing in fast-paced titles. The 27" curved screen balances screen real estate and pixel density for detailed visuals without excessive desktop footprint. Adaptive refresh support and low input lag characteristics make the monitor suitable for responsive gameplay and competitive scenarios. Connectivity options and ergonomic tilt adjustments enable straightforward integration into existing setups.

Suitable for

• Fast-paced and competitive gaming where high refresh rate and smooth motion are important
• Single-monitor immersive gameplay and cinematic video playback
• General productivity, office applications and web browsing with detailed WQHD clarity
• Content consumption such as streaming and multimedia due to high contrast and deep blacks

Set the display resolution to 2560×1440 in the operating system or GPU control panel for native image clarity. Enable the 170 Hz refresh rate in the display settings or graphics driver menu to access the higher frame rate. If available, enable adaptive sync features in both monitor on-screen display and GPU settings to reduce screen tearing. Adjust tilt and physical position for comfortable viewing and calibrate brightness, contrast and color settings as needed for your environment.

Recommendations

Use the native WQHD resolution and 170 Hz refresh rate for gaming and multimedia to benefit from sharper detail and smoother motion. For dark-scene viewing, take advantage of the VA panel's higher native contrast by adjusting local brightness and gamma rather than overdriving backlight settings. Keep GPU drivers up to date and enable adaptive sync when pairing with a compatible graphics card to minimize tearing and stutter.
