How to use

Place the multicooker on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit. Add ingredients and the required amount of liquid into the inner pot according to your recipe. Select the appropriate cooking mode and set the time and temperature where applicable. Monitor progress through the appliance controls and allow natural pressure release or manual cooldown as directed by the recipe before opening the lid. After use, unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning the inner pot and exterior with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

For best performance, preheat the unit briefly when searing or browning ingredients, and avoid filling the pot above the maximum fill line to prevent splatter and ensure even cooking. Use heat-resistant utensils to protect the inner pot surface and follow recommended liquid ratios for rice and grains to achieve consistent results.
